My Second Time at Joshua Tree
This is the only picture I have from my second time out at Joshua Tree. It was some time in June I think. It was really hot that day and I got really sun burnt. The first time I went out there it was cold and rainy so we didn't even get in one climb.
I am climbing R.M.L.. It is a 5.9 and has a nice mantle move at the bottom followed by some nice friction moves. This was a good climb for me to work on my friction and smearing since I am just getting the hang of it. Until just recently, I had mostly done crack and dihedral routes. This has opened up many more climbs and I now find myself doing alright on 5.10s only cheating occasionally.
